If you’re in the mood for good barbecue or burgers, then head over to Sweet Old Bill’s in High Point.
This Main Street mainstay is home to some of the best barbecue varieties and a full service bar. NC pulled pork, TX style brisket, St Louis ribs, and Alabama white sauce covered smoked chicken are all choices on the menu. The bar offers wine, liquor, and 16 beers on tap.
I ordered the original pulled pork sandwich, without the slaw since I am not a fan. Fries came along on the side. The toasted bun held a generous portion of cue, with a table filled with a variety of sauces and hot sauce.
